Take A Break
Take a minute or two to reflect:
- Think of one thing you did today (or yesterday) that you are proud of - it need not be earth shattering, just important as a reflection of you.
- What is one issue or person in your life right now (at home or at work) that is challenging for you?
- How would you want it to be?
- Name one thing that you could do differently to move from where you are to where you want to be.
- What support do you have in your life to assist you to make this and other changes?
- Now visualise yourself taking one small step in your chosen direction.
