What is one issue or person in your life right now (at home or at work) that is challenging for you?
How would you want it to be?
Name one thing that you could do differently to move from where you are to where you want to be.
What support do you have in your life to assist you to make this and other changes?
Now visualise yourself taking one small step in your chosen direction.
